Cripps Barn Wedding Photography – Emily and Alex’s Beautiful Wedding

Welcome To the Story of Emily and Alex’s Beautiful Wedding Day (31.05.2014)

The morning preparations started at The Swan in Bibury (a gorgeous little village in the Cotswolds) and after a wet few weeks, the sun was finally making an appearance for Emily and Alex’s special day.

Unfortunately, the wet weather did prevent an outdoor ceremony but with such a beautiful venue there was no way there could be any disappointment. The ceremony and reception were all held at the unforgettable Cripps Barn in Gloucestershire. There is such a warm, welcoming and magical feel to this 18^th Century venue and Emily and Alex put so much thought and love in to every little detail. It was the perfect setting for romance.

The day was full of laughter and light-hearted moments. The Groom and his ushers looked very dapper in navy blue suits with pastel pink ties to compliment the bridesmaid’s dresses. The beautiful wild bouquets of sunflowers, daisies and spray roses, pastel colour schemes, burlap, lace, bunting and, most importantly, Emily’s spectacular wedding gown, all added to the rustic, and vintage theme of the day.
